摘要:为了探讨半日花种子与幼苗对干旱胁迫的适应能力,通过对半日花种子进行PEG(聚乙二醇)模拟干旱胁迫处理,以及对半日花幼苗进行盆栽断水干旱胁迫处理,分别研究了干旱胁迫对半日花种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫的加剧,半日花种子的萌发率、发芽指数、活力指数均呈下降趋势。10%、20%PEG处理对半日花种子影响较小,25%PEG处理对半日花种子具有明显抑制作用,而30%PEG处理使半日花种子几乎不萌发。随着干旱胁迫的加剧,各指标变化不一,相对含水量呈下降趋势,叶绿素质量分数先上升后下降,脯氨酸质量分数、可溶性蛋白质量分数、丙二醛质量摩尔浓度增加,且在干旱胁迫中后期时变化显著。
Based on the PEG experiment for seeds and pot without water experiment for the seedling, we designed the drought stress simulation experiments of Helianthemum songaricum seeds and seedlings, and studied the effects of drought stress on seed germination and seedling physiological characteristics of Helianthemum songaricum seedlings. The germination rate, germination index and vigor index of Helianthemum songaricum seeds declined with the increasing of PEG solutions. Seed germination was less affected under the 10% and 20% of PEG, and then it was obviously inhibited under 25%, and seeds could hardly germinate under 30%. With the increasing of day numbers without water, the relative water content of leaves declined, the chlorophyll concentration increased firstly and then decreased, and the contents of proline, soluble protein and MDA increased with obvious variation at the mid-late drought stress stage.
