摘要:研究中国脂松香在钯/炭催化剂作用下歧化反应机理。发现其反应产物除去氢枞酸外,有8-二氢海松酸,8(14)-二氢海松酸,8-二氢异海松酸,8(14)-二氢异海松酸和8-二氢枞酸,及13β-四氢枞酸,9β、13β-四氢枞酸和18-四氢枞酸等。同时,发现马尾松松香歧化反应速度高于湿地松松香,为歧化反应生产厂家选择歧化松香原料提供依据。
Experiments were carried out on acetalization of Litsea cubeba oil with 1,2 propanediol for synthesizing citral 1,2 propanediol acetal using dealuminated USY as catalyst.The influences of silica/alumina ratio in catalyst,amount of catalyst,ratio of reactants,water carrying agents and reaction time on the reaction were investigated.Results indicated that the catalyst was highly active and the acetalization could be finished within 4 hours with 91.6% yield under appropriate reaction conditions.This method was convenient and feasible for industrial production.
