摘要:采用一种快干型水性UV木器涂料涂饰人造板,探讨了干燥温度、人造板基材以及表面封闭处理对其涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:涂膜的干燥时间随温度的增加而减少。但当温度提升至55℃以上时,涂膜表面出现针孔、细小的鼓泡等现象。涂料在不同人造板基材上的涂膜性能有所差异,在橡木这种管孔显著的木材表面质量较好。表面封闭处理有利于涂料均匀地覆盖在木材表面,因此干燥后涂膜性能良好。本研究的水性UV漆产品,使得干燥固化时间由35 min降到16~20 min,可使生产效率提高42%以上。涂饰后胶合板符合GB/T 18103—2013的要求,可应用于实木复合地板的涂饰。
A kind of fast waterborne UV curing wood coating was applied on wood-based panels.The effects of drying temperature,wood-based panel substrate,and surface treatment on the film properties were investigated.The results showed that the drying time decreased with increasing drying temperature.However,when temperature heated up to 55℃,there were pinholes and tiny bubbling on the surface.The film properties varied among different kinds of wood-based panel substrate.The coating performance was fairly good on wood with obvious vessels like the oak.After surface treating with sealing process,the coating could evenly disperse and cover the surface of wood.Thus,good film properties were achieved.The waterborne UV coating used in this study can be cured decreased from 35 min to 16~20 min,which improved the development effectiveness by above 42%.Meanwhile,the coated plywood met the Chinese standard GB/T 18103—2013,and can be applied for engineered wood flooring.
