摘要:以ABAQUS非线性有限元分析软件作为平台,结合动力学、静力学和模态分析相关理论,建立了集残余应力-振动模态分析于一体的圆锯片多点加压适张过程弹塑性仿真模型,获得了圆锯片的适张应力场、振动模态及固有频率。利用X射线应力检测仪对多点加压适张后圆锯片内部的残余应力场进行了实测,通过与仿真计算结果的对比,验证了本文仿真模型的正确性。仿真计算结果表明:多点加压适张后,圆锯片外缘生成了一定数值的切向拉应力,能够抵消切削热应力的影响;圆锯片波节圆数Nc=0、波节直径数Nd≥2的固有频率明显增加,动态稳定特性获得了改善。
Based on ABAQUS nonlinear finite element analysis software,the elastic-plastic simulation model of multi-spot pressure plastic process for analyzing both the residual stress and vibration mode of circular saw blade was built by combination of the related theory of dynamics,statics and modal analysis. The tensioning stress,vibration mode and natural frequency of the circular saw blade were obtained.The simulated residual stress field was in good agreement with the experimental results obtained by X ray test meter,which proved the correctness of the simulation model. The simulation results show that tangential tensile stress with a certain value is produced in the outer edge of circular saw blade after multi-spot pressure tensioning process,which can counteract the effect of cutting thermal stress. The natural frequencies for nodal circle Nc = 0 and nodal diameter Nd≥2 increase obviously,which means that the dynamic stability of the circular saw blade is improved after multi-spot pressure tensioning process.
