摘要:以丙烯酰氯(AC)改性木质素磺酸钙(LS),制备了木质素磺酸钙大分子单体(AC-LS),并经乳液聚合制备了木质素基丙烯酸酯共聚乳液。结果表明:改性木质素磺酸钙红外谱图中,在1723 cm-1处出现了新的酯基吸收峰;核磁共振谱图中,在δ6.7、6.4、6.1处出现了新的乙烯基质子峰(CH=CH2);紫外吸收谱图中,最大吸收波长出现了红移、最大吸收强度增强,表明丙烯酰氯成功接枝到木质素磺酸钙上。另外,对聚合物进行了表征,结果表明:共聚乳液固含量、单体转化率、AC-LS转化率、接枝率随木质素磺酸钙添加量增加而降低;共聚乳液粒径及分散度随木质素磺酸钙添加量的增加而增大;聚合物紫外吸收测试表明随AC-LS添加量的增加,聚合物膜紫外吸收逐渐增强。
Calcium lignosulfonate(LS)was modified by acryloyl chloride(AC)to prepare calcium lignosulfonate macromonomer(AC-LS)so that lignin-based acrylate emulsion was successfully prepared by emulsion polymerization.The results showed that a new peak appeared at 1723 cm-1 in the infrared spectrum of modified lignosulfonate,which was assigned to ester group.1H NMR spectrum showed that new vinyl proton peaks appeared atδ6.7,6.4,and 6.1.The maximum absorption wavelength was red-shifted in UV spectrum and the maximum absorption intensity was enhanced.All these evidences indicated that acryloyl chloride was successfully grafted onto calcium lignosulfonate.In addition,with the addition of calcium lignosulfonate,the solid content of emulsion,monomer conversion,AC-LS conversion and grafting rate decreased,while the particle size and dispersion of emulsion increased.UV absorption test showed that with the increase of the amount of AC-LS,UV absorption of polymer gradually increased.
