摘要:为了提高翅果油树的扦插成活率,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定翅果油树不同年龄母树嫩枝插条内源激素(Z、GA_3、IAA、ABA、IAA/ABA、Z/IAA)含量及水平,并分析了母树年龄对插条内源激素含量的影响及其与嫩枝扦插生根率的关系。研究结果表明:随着母树年龄的增加,插条的生长素、玉米素及赤霉素含量有明显下降趋势,而脱落酸的含量上升。与此同时,插条生根率明显下降。相关分析结果表明,母树年龄与插条生根率呈极显著的线性负相关关系。
in order to improve survival rate of cutting in Elaeagnus mollis, taking E.mnollis at different ages as materials, contents of endogenous hormones (IAA, GA3, Z, ABA, IAA/ABA and Z/IAA) in green wood were determined by using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), and the correlation between age of stock tree, endogenous hormone contents and rooting rate of green-wood cutting were analyzed. The results showed that the contents of IAA, Z and GA3 in the cutting were decreased obviously with stock tree age increasing, and that of ABA was increased. Meanwhile, the rooting rate of cutting was decreased obviously. The results of correlation analysis showed that there was an extremely significantly negative correlation between stock tree age and rooting rate of cutting.
