摘要：基于SWOT视角,利用层次分析法(AHP)对中国杜仲产业发展态势进行分析。首先从优势、劣势、机遇、威胁4个层面进行指标体系的构建,接着运用AHP法对杜仲产业发展态势进行探讨。结果显示:我国杜仲产业发展优势集中在区域、林地资源等因素;集约化程度低、栽培模式落后、良种利用率低成为制约其发展的劣势因素。目前,法律法规体系缺失、科技支撑力度不够、标准体系缺失等因素,成为我国杜仲产业发展面临的最大威胁;同时,市场潜力巨大、国家政策引导、地方政府支持等因素成为其重要的发展机遇。由分析得出,S_(SPO)>S_(SPT)>S_(WPO)>S_(WPT),表明我国发展杜仲产业的优势大于劣势,机遇大于威胁。我国杜仲产业可供选择的发展战略依次为SO战略、ST战略、WO战略、WT战略。
From SWOT perspective,by using AHP method to analyzed the development of Chinese Eucommia industry.The analysis built up the indicator system of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,The result showed that the advantages of industrial development were concentrated on region,forest land resources,but with disadvantages of the low degree of intensification,backward cultivation mode and low utilization rate of varieties.The threats included the lack of laws and regulations,the lack of scientific and technological support,and the lack of standard system.The important opportunities for development included the huge market potential,the national policy guidance and the support of local government.Therefore,it is concluded that SSPO SSPT SWPO SWPT,which indicates that Eucommia industry in China has more advantages than disadvantages,more opportunities than threats.According to importance,the options of development strategies of Eucommia industry in China should be：SO,ST,WO and WT.
