摘要:研究耐高温植物源抗菌抗病毒助剂与三聚氰胺甲醛浸渍树脂适配性能,使用抑菌圈法确认助剂添加比例,并进行耐高温性能评估,探讨植物源抗菌抗病毒助剂在浸渍胶膜纸饰面细木工板应用的可行性。结果表明,植物源抗菌抗病毒助剂能与浸渍树脂互溶,热压后抗菌抗病毒颗粒能够均匀分布在胶膜纸表面,130~200℃高温热压后仍具有良好的抗菌性能。抗菌抗病毒助剂添加量为1%时,制得的浸渍胶膜纸具良好的抗菌抗病毒效果。该浸渍胶膜纸压贴制备的抗菌抗病毒饰面细木工板表面对甲流病毒(H3N2)抑制率达80.83%,对大肠杆菌抑制率达99.99%。
The adaptation property of high-temperature resistant anti-bacteria/virus phyto-additive with melamine formaldehyde(MF)resin was investigated.The concentration of anti-bacteria/virus additive were optimized and the high-temperature resistant property were accessed by zone of inhibition assay.Application of the phyto-additive in surface decorative blockboard with paper impregnated thermosetting were tentatively explored.The results showed anti-bacteria/virus phyto-additive mutually dissolved.The additive distributed evenly in the resin at the surface of the impregnated paper.The impregnated paper obtained anti-bacteria property when MF resin added with the additive at 1%.It still maintained anti-bacteria/virus activity after heating at 130~200℃.The decorative paper with anti-bacteria/virus proper was used in surface decorative blockboard,which showed the inhibition rates of influenza A(H3N2)virus up to 80.83%and inhibition rates of Escherichia coli over 99.99%.
