摘要：林业在扶贫攻坚中的作用和潜力巨大。在回顾扶贫模式和林业扶贫相关文献的基础上,立足于我国林业扶贫攻坚工作实践,分析评价了林业扶贫成效,总结归纳了林业扶贫典型模式。模式类型有:产业化扶贫模式、以林业工程带动的生态经济扶贫模式、以特色资源为基础的林下经济扶贫模式、以森林文化引领的搭台式扶贫模式、以地方政府和行政部门动员的对口支援模式、以科技和管理为特征的智力扶贫模式。
Forestry plays a crucial role in poverty alleviation and has huge potential. Based on the practices of China＇ s forestry poverty relief, the paper reviewed the related literatures of poverty alleviation patterns and forestry poverty relief, analyzed the effectiveness and summarized the patterns of forestry poverty relief. These patterns included the industrialization development pattern, the forestry engineering driving development pattern, the poverty alleviation pattern of developing under-forest economic, the forestry culture leading development pattern, the counterpart support mode mobilizing by the administrative department of the local government, and the science ＆ technology and management supporting pattern.
