摘要:在简要介绍湿地沉积物的主要污染物和来源之后,依据国内外近年来有关污染沉积物研究的相关成果,阐述了潜在生态风险指数法、SEM/AVS法和沉积物质量基准法等对沉积物中重金属/有机污染物进行的主要生态风险评价方法。回顾了污染沉积物的物理、化学和生物3大主要修复措施,重点总结了生物修复技术中微生物修复、植物修复及植物-微生物联合修复方面的研究进展。最后提出了研究展望和思考,旨在为河流湖库沉积物及水体环境的污染风险评价及污染修复提供科学依据。
Based on the related studies at home and abroad in sediment, this paper introduced briefly the main pollutants and sources of sediment in wetland, and expatiated ecological risk assessment methods of sediment such as Hakanson Potential Ecological Risk Index (PERI), SEM/AVS, the Sediment Quality Guidelines (SQGs) and etc. The paper reviewed the main sediment remediation methods of physical, chemical, and bioremediation, and had paid special attention to the progress in the microbial, phyto- and phyto-microbial remediation of contaminated sediment. At last, the prospect and thoughts were put forward in order to offer scientific evidences for the risk assessment and bioremediation of polluted water and sediment.
