摘要:探讨了不同制浆用药条件和磨浆方式(压力磨浆和常压磨浆)对杉木CTMP强度、松厚度和白度的影响,重点研究了不同温度单段H2O2漂白行为和漂白杉木CTMP可能达到的效果。研究结果表明,杉木CTMP具有很好的松厚度,适合用作纸板类原料浆。杉木CTMP化学预处理段化学药品适宜用量为Na2SO325kg/t,DTPA2kg/t;与压力磨浆条件相比,常压磨浆浆的颜色较浅,这种效果一直可以保持到H2O2漂白之后;适宜的化学药品用量,可使杉木CTMP在高温短时间内实现高白度漂白,从而降低漂白化学品消耗、提高漂白设备的产能。
With various sodium sulfite dosages in chemical pretreatment stage, CTMP pulps of China fir were produced by pressurized refining and atmospheric refining respectively, and their pulp properties were compared. The CTMP pulps were bleached by hydrogen peroxide bleaching. Optimal alkali dosages at different hydrogen usage levels were investigated systematically. As the most important part of this paper, bleaching behaviors of China fir CTMP pulps at various temperatures,55℃,70 %,85℃ and 95℃, were discussed. The research results showed that, CTMP pulps of China fir have excellent bulk properties, with a bulk-of more than 2.5 cm3/g at 100 ml CSF, and almost 3.0 cm3/g at 400 ml CSF, and are suitable to be used as furnishes of board products. The CTMP pulps produced by atmospheric refining have lighter color and are endowed with better bleachability comparing with pressurized refining. The bleached pulp can be obtained with best brightness when 25kg/bdt.pulp of sodium sulfite and 2kg/bdt. pulp of DTPA are used in chemical pretreatment stage. During hydrogen peroxide bleaching, sodium hydroxide charge should be controlled carefully to keep the end pH in a limited range, normally 9-11. At the usage level of 60 kg/bdt, pulp of H202, the reasonable dosage of NaOH is about 45 kg/bdt, pulp and a maximum brightness close to 80% can be obtained. High temperature bleaching, higher than 85℃, is more effective and suitable for China fir CTMP pulps to obtain a high brightne'ss in the shorter time (almost two hours) comparing with bleaching at conventional temperatures, 70℃.
