摘要：对云、黔、陕等6省14县的15个种源地漆树[Toxicodendron verniciflum(Stokes)F.A.Barkley]果实的千粒质量、外果皮、蜡质层、种子、种仁、蜡质层占果实总重比率等表型性状进行分析。结果表明:(1)不同种源漆树果实各性状差异均达到了显著水平;(2)蜡质层质量及其占果实质量比率与种子及种仁质量呈极显著负相关;(3)漆籽蜡质层质量占果实质量比率与纬度、海拔没有发现明显的规律;(4)云南泸水县秤杆乡(15-YNW)白漆品种果实无外果皮,种子小,蜡质层含量高,蜡果比达到69%,较其他种源差异显著,因此,推荐白漆品种为产蜡优良品种。
In this study, the different phenotypic traits of 7： vernicifluum collected 15 provenances from Yunnan, Guizhou,Shanxi, etc. for 6 provinces were analyzed, including 1 000--fruit weight, exocarp mass, waxy layer mass, seed mass, kernel mass, mass ratio of waxy layer of the fruit. The results show that： （1） the difference of each trait of T. vernicifluum fruits has reached a significant level in different provenances. （2）There was a significantly negative correlation between waxy layer mass, mass ratio of waxy layer, seed mass and kernel mass. （3） The mass ratio of waxy layer has no significant relationship with latitude and altitude of provenances. （4）The white variety of lacquer in I.ushui （15-YNW） provenance has reached a significant level in waxy layer mass and mass ratio of waxy layer in comparison with others provenances. In addition, it has smaller seed mass and no exocarp, and the waxy layer mass is relatively higher, and the mass ratio of waxy layer reached 69%, indicating the white lacquer variety is a fine lacquer wax source.
