摘要:为分析不同品种油茶叶片矿质元素含量特征,以广泛栽培的油茶良种‘长林40号’、‘长林23号’和‘长林53号’为研究对象,测定了2个试验点的正常生长林分叶片中17种矿质元素的含量,采用相关性分析、主成分分析、聚类分析和判别分析方法进行解析。结果表明:油茶叶片N元素平均含量为14.45 g·kg^(-1),Ca、K和Al元素的平均含量为3.12~6.79 g·kg^(-1),P、S、Mg和Mn元素的平均含量为0.79~1.68 g·kg^(-1);Fe、Ba和Na元素平均含量为45.54~71.94 mg·kg^(-1),Sr和B元素平均含量分别为21.10和14.73 mg·kg^(-1),Zn、Cu、Ni和Ti元素平均含量为1.43~9.52 mg·kg^(-1)。除Mg以外,各矿质元素含量在供试品种间差异显著。各矿质元素单株间的变异系数在8.01%~48.26%之间,品种间的变异系数在6.32%~58.85%之间,品种间和品种内单株间变异系数呈显著正相关关系(R^(2)=0.805 2,P<0.05),N、P、S、Al、K、Cu、Fe、Na、Ti和Mg元素变异系数较小,Ca、Zn、Sr、B和Ni元素变异系数居中,Mn和Ba元素的变异系数最高;K元素含量与其他各元素含量间均呈现负相关关系,而N、P和S,Fe、Mn和Al,B和Fe,Zn和Na,Cu和Ni,Ti和Ca,Ti和Fe 7组元素间存在强正相关关系(r>0.7,P<0.01);N、P、S、Ca、Ba、Ti、B、Sr和Na元素在提取的4个主成分上具有较高荷载,利用该9种元素对供试3个品种判别分析的正确率达96.70%。该研究结果为解析油茶树体矿质营养吸收利用机制和科学营养管理提供了参考。
To clarify the characteristics of mineral elements content in leaves from different varieties of oil-tea Camellia,17 mineral elements in leaves of three national varieties‘Changlin 40’,‘Changlin 23’and‘Changlin 53’grown in two sites with different soil conditions were determined and analyzed by correlation analysis,PCA,hierarchical cluster analysis and discriminant analysis methods.The results showed that:the average content of N in leaves of Camellia oleifera was 14.45 g·kg^(-1),the average content of Ca,K and Al were 3.12-6.79g·kg^(-1),and the average content of P,S,Mg and Mn were 0.79-1.68 g·kg^(-1);the average content of Fe,Ba and Na were 45.54-71.94 mg·kg^(-1),the average content of Sr and B were 21.10 mg·kg^(-1)and 14.73 mg·kg^(-1),respectively,and the average content of Zn,Cu,Ni and Ti were 1.43-9.52 mg·kg^(-1).The contents of mineral elements were significantly different among the varieties except Mg.The C.V.of mineral elements content among individual trees and different varieties were 8.01%-48.26%and 6.32%-58.85%,respectively,and a significant positive correlation was found between them (R^(2)=0.805 2,P<0.05).The C.V.of mineral elements N,P,S,Al,K,Cu,Fe,Na,Ti and Mg were lower,followed by Ca,Zn,Sr,B,Ni,and the C.V.of mineral elements Mn and Ba were higher.The content of K was negatively related with other mineral elements,and significantly strong positive relations were found among the elements in seven groups including:N,P,S;Fe,Mn,Al;B,Fe;Zn,Na;Cu,Ni;Ti,Ca and Ti,Fe (r>0.7,P<0.01).The elements of N,P,S,Ca,Ba,Ti,B,Sr and Na had higher load of 4 extracted principal components.The discriminant accuracy of the tested three varieties achieved 96.70%using nine mineral elements above as discrimination variables.This research provides references for the further study on mineral elements absorption,utilization and scientific nutrition management in C.oleifera.
