摘要:新型重组木是以纤维化木单板为基本单元制得的性能可控、规格可调的木基复合材料,是速生低质材优用的一项新技术,可替代优质硬阔叶材使用。利用速生材杨木制备重组木,分析浸胶量对板材物理力学性能及表面性能的影响,浸胶量分别为7%,10%,13%,16%和19%。结果表明:在相同的生产工艺条件下,随着浸胶量的增加,板材的静曲强度和抗压强度呈现先增大后减小的趋势,浸胶量为13%时为拐点,而抗弯弹性模量随浸胶量变化的趋势不明显;板材的耐水性随着浸胶量的增大而增强;表面粗糙度及表面自由能随着浸胶量的增大而减小,而3种液体(水、甲酰胺、二碘甲烷)在重组木表面的接触角均随浸胶量的增大而增大。13%为较优的杨木重组木浸胶量,此时,板材的耐水性能、抗弯性能及表面性能较优,且耗胶量较少。
Manufactured with fibrosis wood veneer as the basic unit,scrimber is a kind of woodbased composite materials with controlled performance and adjustable specification.It is a new technology of utilizing fastgrowing lowquality wood material to replace the highquality hardwood for the structural applications.The effects of resin content of poplar scrimbers on the physicalmechanical and surface properties were investigated in this study,including modulus of rupture(MOR),modulus of elasticity(MOE),compressive strength(CS),water resistance,wettability,roughness and surface freeenergy.The resin contents of poplar scrimbers ranged from 7%to 19%.The results suggested that the MOR and CS showed an increasing trend when the resin contents ranged from 7%to 13%,but the trend tended to be the opposite direction when the resin contents ranged from 16%to 19%.The statistical analysis results showed that the water resistance improved noticeably with the increase in resin content.It was found that the value of thickness swelling rate(TSR)of the scrimbers with 19%resin content was about 0.38 times of the scrimbers with 7%resin content under the condition of 63℃/24 h.Similarly,the value of the TSR of the scrimbers with 7%resin content was nearly 1.22 times higher than that of the scrimbers with 19%resin content under the condition of 100℃/28 h.Regardless of test liquid types(polar or nonpolar),the resin contents can significantly affect the surface wettability of materials.The higher the resin content of the scrimbers was,the greater the surface contact angle was obtained.It was observed that the surface roughness value of the scrimbers with 19%resin content was exactly 38.38%lower than that of the scrimbers with 7%resin content.The surface freeenergy of the scrimbers with less resin was generally higher than that of scrimbers with more resin.The optimized resin content of the scrimber was 13%,which had good water resistance,bending and surface properties,and relative less resin consumption.
