摘要：文中首先对温室气体排放市场的形成和特征等做了简要的回顾和描述 ,并根据市场发展状况 ,将迄今为止的森林碳汇市场划分为 3个阶段。然后 ,对阻碍森林碳汇市场的政策环境、买方和卖方的相关制约因素进行了讨论。最后 ,对森林碳汇市场的前景进行了展望。
Forest is the important part of the global carbon cycle, its carbon sequestration is the effective methods to abate global warming. Kyoto Protocol as well as other relative international agreements has positively admitted the carbon sinks activities such as afforestation and reforestation for earning carbon credits under flexibility mechanisms. After first briefly reviewing the formation and characteristics of GHG emissions market, the issue set off forest carbon sinks market so far into three phases. And then, the relative restricted factors of policy, purchasers and bargainors to embarrass forest carbon sinks market were discussed. Finally, the developing foreground of forest carbon sinks market was viewed.
