摘要：叶子花属植物是观赏价值极高、应用广泛的热带亚热带特色花木。该属植物种质资源丰富,育种活跃,产业前景广阔,亟需研制符合中国实际、与国际接轨的DUS测试指南,以此规范叶子花属植物品种管理和品种权保护工作。本研究结合中国叶子花属植物品种资源特性、育种和产业发展水平,按照UPOV有关规范和中国相关国家标准,经过多年的性状观测,研究了叶子花属植物品种的形态特征和表现差异,研制了DUS测试指南。与UPOV指南相比,本指南删除了其中1个性状,增加了7个新性状,调整了7个性状的表达状态和分级代码,筛选了23个标准品种,确定了性状测试方法。本指南的研制对中国叶子花属植物品种测试、保护育种者权利、鼓励品种自主创新具有重要意义。
Bougainvillea is a type of tropical and subtropical special flowering plant widely used with high ornamental value.It has rich germplasm resources,with quite active breeding,as well as a very promising industrial future.It is urgently needed to develop the DUS test guideline in line with China and international standards in order to standardize the varieties management and varieties right protection of Bougainvillea.Combining with the features of variety resources,breeding progress and industrial development level of Bougainvillea,according to the relevant UPOV specifications and national standards in China,the DUS test guideline of Bougainvillea was developed by observations on morphological characteristics and performance differences of variety resources for many years.Compared with the UPOV guideline,one characteristic was deleted,seven new characteristics were added,the expression state and code of seven characteristics were adjusted,twenty three example varieties were selected,and the methods of observation were determined in this guideline.The development of DUS test guideline is of great importance in DUS-testing,safeguarding the breeder’s rights and encouraging independent innovation of Bougainvillea varieties in China.
