摘要:【目的】比较赤皮青冈4个不同家系容器苗的光合生理特性,筛选光合能力强、生长表现好的苗木,为赤皮青冈优良家系选育提供科学依据。【方法】以1年生赤皮青冈4个不同家系的容器苗为材料,测定其形态指标,并采用Li-6400便携式光合仪测定其光合指标,利用指数函数模型与非直角双曲线模型对光响应曲线拟合,并估算光响应特征参数。【结果】(1)在日变化特征方面,福建2号家系净光合速率呈现双峰型曲线,出现典型光合“午休”现象,4个家系中福建3号日净光合速率最大,均值为24.5μmol/(m^(2)·s),蒸腾速率相对较低,水分利用效率相对最高;(2)福建3号和福建4号的苗高、地径指标显著高于福建1号和福建2号,其中福建3号表现最好,其苗高、地径分别比4个家系均值高15.04%、7.16%;(3)4个家系净光合速率随着光照强度的增加呈现先增后减的趋势,当光照强度为1300μmol/(m^(2)·s)时,4个家系的净光合速率达到最大值,相较而言,福建3号对强光的耐受能力更强,而福建1号对强光的适应能力较弱。【结论】福建3号家系在赤皮青冈优良家系选育中具有较大潜力,可为后续育种、造林选苗提供重要参考。
【Objective】To compare the differences in photosynthetic physiological characteristics of container seedlings of four families of Cyclobalanopsis gilva,and to screen seedlings with strong photosynthetic capacity and good growth performance,so as to provide scientific basis for the breeding of excellent families of C.gilva.【Method】The morphological indexes of container seedlings of four different families of C.gilva were measured,and the photosynthetic indexes and light response characteristic parameters were measured by Li-6400 portable photosynthesis instrument.The exponential function model and non-rectangular hyperbola model were used to fit and analyze the light response curve.【Result】(1)In terms of diurnal variation characteristics,the net photosynthetic rate of Fujian No.2 family showed a bimodal curve,with typical midday depression of photosynthesis.Among the four families,Fujian No.3 had the highest net photosynthetic rate in one day,with an average value of 24.5μmol/(m^(2)·s),relatively low transpiration rate and relatively high water use efficiency.(2)The seedling height and ground diameter of Fujian No.3 and Fujian No.4 were significantly higher than those of Fujian No.1 and Fujian No.2.Among them,Fujian No.3 performed best,and its height and diameter were higher than the average of the four families by 15.04%and 7.16%,respectively.(3)The net photosynthetic rate of the four families increased first and then decreased with the increase of light intensity.When the light intensity was 1300μmol/(m^(2)·s),the net photosynthetic rate reached the maximum value.In contrast,Fujian No.3 had stronger tolerance to strong light,while Fujian No.1 had weaker light adaptability.【Conclusion】Fujian No.3 family has great potential in the breeding of excellent families of C.gilva,which can provide an important reference for subsequent breeding and afforestation.
