摘要:综述了目前我国在用水蒸气蒸馏法、冷榨法、微波辐射法、有机溶剂浸提法、超临界流体萃取法、快速萃取法提取柑橘精油方面的研究,比较了各种方法的作用机理、工艺条件、得率和产品性能,并在此基础上对微波辐射法和快速萃取法的应用前景进行了展望。
Research status of the methods for citrus essential oil extraction were reviewed, including steam evaporation, cold squeeze, microwave radiation, organic solvent soakage, supereritical fluid extraction and rapid extraction. The mechanism of each extraction method, technical conditions, yield ratio and the properties of the product were compared. Furthermore, the application prospect of microwave radiation and rapid extraction were forecasted.
