摘要:相思树的结实率通常较低,造成种子产量低下,对其后续的育种研究具有较大影响。为建立有效的相思树种控制授粉技术,提高相思树的结实率,促进相思树种的育种研究,本研究以马占相思、大叶相思为对象,采用直接授粉法、毛笔刷法、试管法、喷雾法、喷雾法+毛笔刷法、喷雾法+试管法等六种授粉方法,开展了正反交控制授粉研究。研究结果表明:采用毛笔刷法进行授粉,马占相思和大叶相思的平均结荚率最高,分别为3.39%和0.625%,均显著高于其他授粉方法的结实率,是适宜于相思树种的授粉方法。此外我们还发现:马占相思和大叶相思虽然都表现为自交不亲和,但在一定程度上却具有部分亲和的表现,其机理有待于进一步研究。研究建立的相思树种有效控制授粉技术,为提高相思树种结实率,促进其育种进程具有重要的意义。
The seed setting rate of acacia is usually low, which results in low seed yield and has great influence on its subsequent breeding research. In order to establish an effective pollination control technology for Acacia species, improve the seed setting rate of Acacia species and promote the breeding research of Acacia species. In this study, Acacia mangium and A. auriculiformis are taken as objects, and six pollination methods including direct pollination method, brush method, tube method, spray and brush method, spray and tube method, etc. Are adopted to carry out positive and negative cross control pollination research, so as to establish effective control pollination technology for Acacia species, improve seed setting rate and promote breeding research of Acacia species. The results showed that the highest pod setting rates of Acacia mangium and A. auriculiformis pollinated by brush method were 0.625% and 3.39%, respectively, which was significantly higher than other pollination methods. So,the brush method was a suitable pollination method for Acacia species. In addition, we also found that Acacia mangium and A. auriculiformis are both self-incompatible, but to some extent they are partially compatible, and the mechanism needs further study. The research and establishment of effective pollination control technology for Acacia species is of great significance for improving the seed setting rate of Acacia species and promoting its breeding process.
