摘要：林下经济作为一种崭新的林业生产方式和经济现象,生产与科学内涵丰富。发展林下经济已成为巩固集体林权制度改革成果、促进绿色增长的迫切需要。从林下经济的概念和特征出发,分析与评价了中国林下经济研究现状和发展趋势,以及发展林下经济的重要意义,并从产业规划、服务体系,政府投入、人才队伍、基地建设和质量监管等几方面提出进一步发展的对策措施,以期为实现中国林下经济产业可持续发展提供一些思路。
As a new way of forestry production and economic phenomenon, under-forest economic has rich production value and scientific content. The development of under-forest economic is the urgent need to consolidate the achievement of the reform of collective forest right system and promotes green growth. Based on the conception and feature of under-forest economic, this paper analyzed and evaluated the research status and developing evolvement of Chinese under-forest economic, and fatal significance of developing under-forest economic. The paper had put forward the development countermeasure of industry planning, service system, government input, talent team, base construction, quality supervision management and etc, in order to provide some ideas for the sustainable development of Chinese under-forest economic.
