摘要:森林作为陆地生态系统的主体,提升其生态产品供给能力是实现习近平总书记“提供更多优质生态产品以满足人民日益增长的优美生态环境需要”目标的重要途径。森林生态产品供给能力由自然生态系统生产力决定,更与人类投入与管理水平密切相关。文中梳理了森林生态产品的相关定义,基于现有研究成果,将森林生态产品分为生态物质产品、生态环境产品、生态安全产品以及精神文化产品;根据森林生态系统自然运行机制,阐述影响不同森林生态产品供给的自然因素,包括森林结构、树种、林木质量、立地条件等,从而明确通过森林经营提升森林生态产品生产力的方向;最后,从充分认识森林可持续经营、实施生态友好的经营技术、建立基于森林质量的差异化生态补偿制度、挖掘森林文化与品牌塑造等方面提出以森林生态产品供给能力提升为目标导向的森林经营策略。
Forest is a main component of terrestrial ecosystems,and the enhancement of its ecological product supply capacity is an important pathway to the provision of more high-quality ecological products to meet the growing needs of the people for a beautiful ecological environment as stressed by President Xi Jinping.The supply capacity of forest ecological products is not only determined by natural ecosystem productivity,but also closely related to human inputs and forest management level.This paper summarizes the relevant definitions of forest ecological products,and based on existing research results,divides forest ecological products into ecological material products,ecological environmental products,ecological security products,and spiritual and cultural products.In line with the natural operating mechanism of forest ecosystems,this paper elaborates on the natural factors that affect the supply of different forest ecological products,including forest structure,tree species,forest quality and site conditions,in order to clarify the direction of improving forest ecological product productivity through forest management.At the end,strategies are proposed to improve the supply capacity of forest ecological products,which include the full understanding of sustainable forest management,the implementation of eco-friendly management,the establishment of a differentiated ecological compensation system based on forest quality,and the tapping of forest culture and brand building.
