摘要:采用LI-6400XT便携式光合测定仪测定4种植物山黄麻(Trema tomentosa(Roxburgh)H.Hara)、天干果(Buchanania latifolia Roxh.Hort.Beng)、虾子花(Woodfordia fruticosa(L.)Kurz)及车桑子(Dodonaea viscosa(L.)Jacq)光合指标,并采集新鲜叶片,低温保存,带回实验室后测定抗氧化酶活性、超氧阴离子自由基(O^(-)_(2)·)、脯氨酸(Pro)及叶绿素质量分数。结果表明:4种植物的净光合速率(P_(n))随着光合有效辐射(P_(AR))的增强而增加,在达到光饱和点之后没有下降,不同植物的最大净光合速率(P_(max))与表观量子效率由大到小均为山黄麻、虾子花、车桑子、天干果,虾子花的光饱和点(L_(SP))最高,山黄麻的光补偿点(L_(CP))最低;4种植物的净光合速率(P_(n)),蒸腾速率(T_(r))及气孔导度(G_(s))日变化响应曲线呈现相似性,表现为"双峰"型,胞间CO_(2)摩尔分数(C_(i))大体呈现"V"形趋势;山黄麻与车桑子的叶绿素a、类胡萝卜素和总叶绿素质量分数与其他两种植物间呈显著差异(P<0.05),4种植物的叶绿素b之间无显著差异(P>0.05);4种植物的超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶及脯氨酸质量分数间无显著差异(P>0.05),表现出适应干热河谷的特征。
The photosynthetic indices of four plants,Trema tomentosa(Roxburgh)H.Hara,Buchanania latifolia Roxh.Hort.Beng,Woodfordia fruticosa(L.)Kurz and Dodonaea viscosa(L.)Jacq,were measured by Li-6400 XT portable photosynthetic analyzer.Fresh leaves were collected and stored at low temperature.Antioxidant enzyme activity,Superoxide anion radical(O^(-)_(2)·),Proline(Pro)and Chlorophyll content were measured after being brought back to the laboratory.The net photosynthetic rate(P_(n))of the four plants increased with the increase of PAR,but did not decrease after reaching the light saturation intensity.The maximum net photosynthetic rate(P_(max))and apparent quantum efficiency(AQE)of different plants from large to small were as follows:T.tomentosa,W.fruticosa,D.viscosa and B.latifolia.The light saturation point(LSP)of W.fruticosa was the highest,and the light compensation point of T.tomentosa was the lowest the diurnal variation curves of P_(n),T_(r) and G_(s) of the four plants were similar,showing a"double peak"type,and the intercellular CO_(2) concentration(C_(i))showed a"V"trend;The contents of chlorophyll a,carotenoid and total chlorophyll in T.tomentosa and D.viscosa were significantly different from those in other two plants(P<0.05),there was only significant difference in chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll content between T.tomentosa and D.viscosa(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in chlorophyll b among the four plants(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the contents of Superoxide dismutase(SOD),Peroxidase(POD),Catalase(CAT)and Proline(Pro)among the four plants(P>0.05),which showed the characteristics of adaptation to dry hot valleys.
