摘要:微滴喷射技术具有高通量、低成本等特点,是目前最具发展潜力的增材制造技术之一。但传统微滴喷射技术无法满足不同材料增材制造中高黏度、高分辨率、高成型精度等的要求,了解微滴喷射的驱动方式和成型技术可以为解决上述问题提供思路。本文综述了微滴喷射发展历程,分类介绍了几类典型驱动方式的研究进展,基于材料特性和成型特点阐述了不同微滴喷射成型技术的适用范围、技术优势和存在问题,最后针对微滴喷射增材制造技术在打印原料、驱动方式和成型精度等方面存在的问题提出了可行思路。
Micro-droplet jetting technology is one of the most promising additive manufacturing technologies with high print flux and low cost.However,the traditional micro-droplet jetting technology does not meet the requirements of high viscosity,high resolution and high forming accuracy in additive manufacturing,as a result,understanding the driving mode and forming technology of micro-droplet jetting can provide ideas to solve the above problems.Therefore,the origin and development process of micro-droplet jetting are reviewed,and the research progress of several types of typical driving methods is introduced.Based on the material and forming characteristics,the application scope,technical advantages and existing problems of different micro-droplet jetting forming technologies were expounded.Finally,based on the problems of printing raw materials,driving methods and forming accuracy existing in the micro-droplet jetting additive manufacturing technology,feasible ideas are proposed.
