摘要:以高山栲71个分布记录点位数据及环境背景值为材料,利用最大熵MaxEnt预测模型预测其在当代的适生区分布格局,探讨环境因子对高山栲适生分布格局的影响,并推演其在过去(末次间冰期和末次盛冰期)和未来(2050年、2070年)潜在适生区分布特点。结果表明:等温性(bio3)、温度季节变化方差(bio4)、年平均降雨量(bio12)、最冷月最低温(bio6)和海拔(Alti)等5个环境因子是决定高山栲适生区分布的关键因素,对模型的贡献率分别为44.5%、23.5%、19.7%、8.8%和2.6%。且海拔1400~2800 m、年平均降雨量900~1260 mm、等温性1.2~1.3、温度季节变化方差27~46、最冷月最低温0~6.7℃是高山栲适生区分布环境条件组合。受试者工作特征曲线下面积AUC平均值为0.984,模型预测结果准确性、可信度较高。不同气候条件下高山栲的适生区面积变化幅度不大,中度以上适生区集中分布在云南,表明其对全球气候变化不敏感,且云南是其资源保护和种群恢复的理想场所。
Maxent model was used to model potential distribution of Castanopsis delavayi F.,with elevation,Worldclim bioclimatic variables inluding altitude and 71 spatially well-dispersed species occurrence points.The environmental factors influenced on the potential distribution was discussed,and the distribution of the current,the past(including Last Glacial Maximum and Mid Holocene),the future(2050 year,2070 year)was deduced.According to the results,five variables were significant factors determined species’s potential suitable habitat,namely isthermality,temperature seasonality,annual precipitation(mm),minimum temperature of coldest moth(℃),altitude(m)respectively with contribution of 44.5%,23.5%,19.7%,8.8%and 2.6%to Maxent prediction model,and the optimum environmental combination were 1.2-1.3,900-1260 mm,27-46,0-6.7℃,1400-2800 m.Based on the average AUC(0.984),the accuracy and reliability of this prediction were high.There have small variation of the adaptable area indicates that C.delavayi Franch.is not sensitive to global climate change,moderate and high adaptable areas are located in Yunnan under different climatic conditions,where is optimum region for species conservation and restoration.
