摘要：完善的资金机制是国家公园体系顺利运行的重要保障。文中分析我国国家公园管理资金机制的构成,包含资金管理机构、资金来源和资金分配;总结其他国家国家公园资金管理现状;探讨目前我国国家公园管理资金保障机制存在的问题,最后提出改进建议,即完善国家公园特许经营制度、借助"互联网+"扶持培育特色品牌主体、鼓励采取多元化融资渠道、构建范围广泛的社区参与发展机制。
The perfect financing mechanism is an important guarantee for the smooth management of national parks system. This paper analyses the composition of the financing mechanism for national park management in China, mainly including the funds management institutions, funds sources and fund distribution, summarizes the financing mechanism for national parks in other countries, and discusses the existing problems found in the financing mechanism for national parks in China. At the end, it puts forward the suggestions to improve the financing mechanism, including the improvement of the franchised management of national parks, the cultivation of speciality brand with "Internet plus", incentives for diversified financing channels and a wide-range community participation mechanism establishment.
