摘要:【目的】海南长臂猿(Nomascus hainanus)是世界上最濒危的灵长类动物之一,研究海南长臂猿鸣叫节律及其与气象因子的作用对理解他们的社会行为及进化具有重要意义。【方法】利用被动声学监测技术,采集海南长臂猿连续9个月的声音数据,提取其鸣叫节律,分析了鸣叫节律与温度、湿度、降水量和太阳净辐射4个气象因子之间的关系。【结果】1)海南长臂猿的鸣叫行为开始于清晨4—5点,高峰期为7点左右,每天鸣叫0~6次,每次鸣叫持续14 min;2)每年旱季鸣叫开始时间比雨季晚,且具有显著性差异;3)通过对气象因子与日鸣叫节律的相关性分析发现,湿度因子相关性最高,温度、太阳净辐射次之,降水量最低,其中,湿度与鸣叫持续时间和日鸣叫频次呈显著正相关,与鸣叫开始时间呈显著负相关;4)气象因子与季鸣叫节律的分析结果表明,相较旱季,雨季的鸣叫节律受气象因子影响较大,尤其对于鸣叫行为开始时间的影响最显著,旱季影响较小。【结论】研究结果可为海南长臂猿鸣声研究提供基础资料,并为其长期动态监测及保护工作提供支撑。
【Objective】Nomascus hainanus is one of the most endangered primates in the world.Studying the song rhythm of N.hainanus and its relationship with meteorological factors is important for understanding their social behavior and evolution.【Method】Using passive acoustic monitoring techniques,we collected sound data from N.hainanus for nine consecutive months,extracted their call rhythms and analysed the relationships between call rhythms and four meteorological factors:Temperature,Humidity,Precipitation and Net solar radiation.【Results】1)The calling behaviour of N.hainanus starts at 4 am~5 am,with a peak around 7 am,and calls 0~6 times a day,with each call lasting 14 min.3)The correlation between meteorological factors and daily calling rhythms was found to be highest for humidity,second for temperature and net solar radiation,and lowest for precipitation,where humidity was significantly positively correlated with call duration and daily call frequency,and negatively correlated with start time.4)The analysis of meteorological factors and seasonal calling rhythms showed that the calling rhythms in the rainy season were more influenced by meteorological factors than in the dry season,especially for the start time of calling behaviour,and less influenced in the dry season.【Conclusion】The results can provide basic information for N.hainanus song research and support its long-term dynamic monitoring and conservation work.
