摘要:比较了台龙牌卡拉胶、海星牌卡拉胶、大众牌卡拉胶、海博琼脂对柚木组培苗生长的影响。结果表明:柚木苗在海博琼脂固化的培养基中生长最好;卡拉胶因有较高质量浓度的Cl和K离子而不适合柚木组培苗生长,卡拉胶中Cl和K离子的质量浓度越高,柚木苗的生长越差,表现为生长停滞,幼叶枯黄并提早脱落,部分柚木苗死亡。柚木组培苗的落叶率和死亡率都随着卡拉胶中的Cl离子质量浓度的提高而上升。卡拉胶中高质量浓度的K离子导致柚木苗趋于矮小并出现缺钙现象。
A study was conducted to systematically compare the effects of Tainong brand carrageenan, Haixing brand carrageenan, Dazhong brand carrageenan, and Haibo brand agar on growth of tube seedlings of Tectona grandis L. f. Results indicated that the seedlings of T. grandis on the medium solidified with Haibo brand agar grew best. Carrageen was not fit for tube seedlings of T. grandis because of the high contents of chlorine and kalium ions. The growth of the tube seedlings became worse with increasing contents of chlorine and kalium ions in gelling agents. Under high contents of chlorine and kalium ions, the plants exhibited growth retardation, the tender leaves scorched and dropped early, and some seedlings even died. The defoliation rate and mortality rate all increased with the increase of chlorine content in carrageenan. High content of potassium in the carrageenan would result in short trend and calcium deficiency of the tube seedlings.
