摘要:吸收了国际先进卧式喷淋蒸发技术的优点,采用有利于实现蒸发液在蒸发器内空间蒸发的结构和调控条件,针对渔船作业和部队海战或控制岛屿的特点,设计了机动灵活的蒸馏法海水淡化新装置,通过实验证明该空间蒸发技术在低喷淋密度和低传热温差下具有很高的传热系数。
Technology of space evaporation incorporates the advantage of horizontal spray evaporation and adopts the structure and control condition which help to attain the space evaporation of liquor in the evaporator. According to the request of the fish ship in work and the characteristics of the naval battle or of the control of islands, a new device of sea-water desalination is developed. The new technology incorporates energy-saving and environmental protection. This device has some advantages, such as high evaporation intensity, small driving force of heat transfer and high heat transferring rate.
