摘要:采用Fluent软件对用于调酸的衬四氟乙烯静态混合器(商用混合器)进行数值模拟,速度矢量显示:各个截面均有速度的变化和湍流,矢量的极大值均集中在近壁面区域,流体持续同方向旋流,重定向功能相对较弱,经过混合单元改进后,重定向功能更强,混合效率更高。改进混合器经混合单元后硫酸相体积分数分布范围明显窄于商用混合器,硫酸的混合更均匀。除第一个混合单元出口外,其余混合单元出口,改进混合器的分离强度均优于商业混合器。改进混合器经二个混合单元分离强度混合均匀,而商用混合器需三个混合单元才能混合均匀。商用混合器总的压力降为5049.768Pa,改进混合器总的压力降为10897.998Pa,改进混合器的压力降大于商用混合器,均在可接受范围。
A PTFE lining static mixer(as commercial mixer)used for acid adjustment was simulated with the soft of Fluent,velocity vector showed:velocity change and turbulence occured on all sections,maximum vector concentrated in the near wall region,the fluid swirling was a same direction with less fluid redirection.The structure of commercial mixer was improved,due to the change of flow direction through each mixing unit,the designed mixer has better redirection function and more efficient mixing.Distribution of volume fraction of vitriol in improved mixer was more narrow than that in commercial mixer,it was more uniform.The intensity of segregation of improved mixer was better than commercial mixer on every mixing unit except for the first.It was homogeneous mixing when two mixing unit was used in improved mixer,while three mixing unit needed in commercial mixer.The pressure drop of commercial mixer was 5049.768 Pa,which of improved mixer was 10897.998 Pa,the all were acceptable.
