摘要:对13株宁国山核桃优株果实的7个主要经济性状和6个主要营养成分含量进行了比较和分析,并对上述指标进行了相关性分析。结果表明:(1)优株青果单果质量、干果单果质量差异显著,坚果单果质量、干仁单仁质量差异极显著,其中胡乐1号青果、坚果和干果单果质量分别超总体平均质量的41.00%、37.44%和30.28%;鲜出籽率、干出籽率未达显著差异。(2)南极1号、胡乐2号、甲路1号种仁粗脂肪、油酸、亚油酸含量高,是作为高档食用油开发的重要种质资源。(3)坚果单果质量、青果单果质量与鲜出籽率、干出仁率呈极显著正相关;鲜出籽率、干出籽率与干出仁率也呈极显著正相关。(4)坚果单果质量与粗脂肪、油酸含量呈极显著正相关,与硬脂酸、亚油酸的含量呈极显著负相关;鲜出籽率与粗脂肪含量呈极显著正相关,与油酸含量呈显著正相关。
In this paper,7 main economic characters and contents of 6 main nutrients of fruits from 13 fine trees of Carya cathayensis were compared and analyzed,and a correlation analysis was made on the above indicators.The results were as follows:(1)Of all these fine trees,there were significant differences among both their single fresh fruit masses and single dry nut masses and extremely significant differences among both their single fresh nut masses and single dry kernel masses,in which the masses of the single fresh fruit,single fresh nut and singe dry nut of Hule No.1 tree exceeded the overall mean single masses by 41.00%,37.44%and 30.28%,respectively;there were no significant differences among their fresh seed rates and dry seed rates.(2)Nanji No.1,Hule No.2 and Jialu No.1 trees had high contents of crude fat,oleic acid and linoleic acid in their kernels,which were important germplasm resources for developing high-grade edible oil.(3)The single fresh nut mass and single fresh fruit mass had an extremely significant positive correlation with the fresh seed rate and dry kernel rate;the fresh seed rate and dry seed rate also had an extremely significant positive correlation with the dry kernel rate.(4)The single fresh nut mass had an extremely significant positive correlation with the crude fat content and oleic acid content and an extremely significant negative correlation with the stearic acid and linoleic acid contents;the fresh seed rate had an extremely significant positive correlation with the crude fat content and had a significant positive correlation with the oleic acid content.
