摘要：本文对中国打击非法木材采伐与贸易的法律法规体系、行政执法机构和木材监管体系,促进木材生产及贸易的绿色采购政策和相应的税收经济手段,建立中的行业信用制度和正在推进的森林认证工作,及中国政府协助控制全球非法采伐与贸易的国际交流合作等方面进行了阐述,探讨了中国在促进森林执法管理与贸易国际进程中的重要地位和作用,以及中国林产品国际贸易中存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的对策和建议。
The China＇s sound law and regulation system of illegal logging and related trade, law enforcement administration organization, and timber intendance system in furthering were expounded. The implementing green purchase policy to improve timber production and trade, and relevant tax revenue and economic measures were summarized. The industry credit system in establishing, and forest certification work in advancing was clarified, and the international cooperation of China＇s government to control worldwide illegal timber logging and trade was discussed. The significant position and function for China emerged from the improving international course of Forest Law Enforcement Governance and Trade. At the same time, the main problems in China＇s forest products international trade were discussed, and the relevant countermeasures were put forward too in this paper.
