摘要:通过枞酸与顺酐的加成反应得到马来海松酸酐(MPA),MPA与ZnO成盐反应得到马来海松酸锌(MPAZn),通过静态热稳定性测试和动态融合流变分析研究了MPAZn在PVC材料中的热稳定作用。结果表明:MPAZn的热稳定时间为23min,是ZnSt的2.9倍,其与脂肪酸盐有较好的协同效应,与CaSt复配时,热稳定时间可达59min,动态融合流变性能也达到使用要求,是PVC材料良好的环保型热稳定剂。
The zincum maleopimarate (MPAZn) was obtained by salt forming reaction of maleopimaric anhydride(MPA) and zinc oxide and MPA was prepared from the addition reaction between abietic acid and cis-butenedioic anhydride.The heat stabilization of MPAZn for PVC was studied by static heat stability test and dynamic fusion rheological analysis.The results showed that the thermal stable time of MPAZn was 23 min and it was 2.9 times higher than that of ZnSt.MPAZn had good synergistic effect with fatty acid salt and the thermal stable time of MPAZn combined with CaSt was 59 min.The dynamic fusion rheological property of MPAZn could meet the application requirement.MPAZn is a green environmental heat stabilizer for PVC.
