摘要:利用质量增加率、变形回复等评价酚醛树脂浸注均匀性的同时,探讨了辊压预处理对改善树脂浸注均匀性的作用效果。研究表明,辊压预处理使质量增加率提高而且变异减小;进一步研究表明,质量增加率在纤维方向的分布更趋均匀。辊压预处理使变形回复率大大降低且变异明显减小。从木材断面的变化来看,没有发生断面不规则突起现象。说明辊压预处理提高了树脂的浸注性,改善了树脂浸注均匀性,而且也有利于变形的固定。
The homogeneous degree of PF resin in wood structure was evaluated by weight increase and recovery of set, and the impact of roller pre-compression on the homogeneous degree was also discussed. The results showed that by roller pre-compressing, weight increase enhanced and distributed uniformly in longitudinal direction, and also, the recovery of set and its coefficient of variation decreased. The irregular swelling did not occurred in the cross section of wood in comparison with no roller pre-compression process. The roller pre-compression could improve the impregnation of PF resin and the homogeneity of impregnation, and be helpful to the fixation of deformation.
