摘要:栗山天牛Massicus raddei(Blessig)是我国东北林区发生面积最大的林业害虫,造成了严重的经济和生态损失。为探索诱杀栗山天牛的有效技术措施,本研究利用自主研发的专用黑光灯对栗山天牛成虫进行了诱杀技术试验研究。结果表明,将黑光灯设置在山脊是诱集栗山天牛的最佳位置;20:00~22:00是引诱的最佳时间;以天牛成虫羽化前期和末期的雄虫略多,而盛期雌虫略多,但差异不显著。诱集到的雌虫的怀卵量前期和盛期平均30粒/头,和处女雌虫无明显差异,表明诱集到的雌虫为卵刚成熟而未产出的发育阶段的成虫,而在羽化末期诱到的雌虫怀卵量不足10粒/头。和普通手电相比,该专用黑光灯的诱集数量是其2.03倍。晴天诱到的成虫数量远多于阴天。用专用黑光灯诱杀栗山天牛成虫效果显著,将在降低该害虫后代的种群数量上发挥重要作用。
The oak longhorn beetle, Massicus raddei is the most severe forest pest and has caused serious damages to oak forests in northeastern China. In order to explore an efficient trapping technology, a special black light that we invented was used to trap adults of the longhorn beetle. The results showed that the ridge was the best slope position for setting the light and the time of 20:00-22:00 in a day of emergence period was the best time for trapping. The males trapped was a little more than females in the early and later emergence period, and more females in the emergence peak, but the difference was not significant. The eggs contained in a trapped females was about 30 in the early peak emergence period, almost the same as the virgine females. These results indicated that the trapped females had not laid her eggs yet. However, the brood amount of the trapped females after emergence peak was less than 10. Compared with ordinary flashlight, the number of trapped adults by black light was 2.03 times as many as the latter. The black light trapped more adults in sunny days than in cloudy days. The black light is an exellent technique to control the longhorn beetle and it will play an important role in reducing the populations of future generations.
