摘要:为优选出最佳多穗柯扦插育苗条件,探讨了不同插穗规格、基质类型和ABT-1浓度综合处理对多穗柯扦插苗生长和根系发育的影响。结果表明,不同基质类型、ABT-1浓度和插穗类型处理组合对多穗柯扦插苗的成活、生长和根系发育影响显著;多穗柯在河沙、黄心土和有机物基质中扦插成活率分别是13.33%~56.97%、34.30%~97.22%和69.55%~90.30%;基质类型、插穗部位和ABT-1浓度因素对多穗柯扦插苗成活率的影响具交互效应,以黄心土为基质、枝条嫩梢作插穗、400mg/LABT-1处理或半木质化枝条作插穗、600mg/LABT-1处理扦插成活率最高,分别达97.22%和95.45%;以有机物作扦插基质、800mg/LABT-1处理木质化枝条扦插成活率最高,可达77.78%;在各扦插基质中,枝条嫩梢和半木质化枝条扦插成活率均高于木质化枝条,但扦插苗总生物量、新梢长、新梢生物量和根长、根表面积、根体积和根尖数均以木质化枝条最高、半木质化枝条次之,嫩梢最低;相同枝条部位中,2~4cm长的嫩梢和8~10cm长的木质化枝条扦插苗的根长、根表面积、根体积和根尖数均高于同类型其他长度级别扦插苗,不同长度级别半木质化枝条间根系发育差异不显著。因此,多穗柯扦插繁殖,应依据插穗来源、数量和目的确定其适宜的扦插策略。
In order to select the best cutting conditions of Lithocarpus polystachyus,the effects of different cutting specifications,substrate types and abt-1 concentration on cutting growth and root development were investigated and analyzed.The results showed that different substrate types,abt-1 concentration and the combination of cuttings had significant effects on the survival,growth and root development of cuttings of Lithocarpus polystachyus.The survival rates of cuttings of Lithocarpus polystachyus were 13.33%~56.97%,34.30%~97.22%and 69.55%~90.30%in river sand,Huangxin soil and organic substrate respectively.The survival rates of cuttings of Lithocarpus polystachyus were influenced by substrate types,cuttings positions and ABT-1 concentration.The results showed that the survival rate of the cuttings treated with 400 mg/L ABT-1 or semi lignified branches was the highest,97.22%and 95.45%respectively;the survival rate of the cuttings treated with 800 mg/L ABT-1 was the highest(77.78%);the survival rate of the cuttings treated with 400 mg/L ABT-1 or semi lignified branches was the highest.The survival rate of cuttings was higher than that of lignified branches,but the total biomass,new shoot length,new shoot biomass and root length,root surface area,root volume and root tip number of cuttings were the highest in lignified branches,the second in semi lignified branches,and the lowest in young shoots.In the same branches,the root length,root surface area,root volume and root tip number of cuttings of 2~4 cm long and 8~10 cm long lignified branches were the highest,all of them were higher than other cuttings of the same type in length,and there was no significant difference in root development between different length levels of semi lignified branches.Conclusion:the suitable cutting strategy should be determined according to the source,quantity and purpose of cuttings.
