摘要：WCC(Wood CAD/CAM)拆单软件在定制家具行业应用广泛。拆单环节是定制家具生产制造过程中的重要节点,通过对M定制家具公司的调研,阐述了WCC拆单软件在该公司使用现状,总结了拆单环节整体流程。在调研过程中,记录了拆单软件由IMOS升级为WCC后5个月内生产反馈的问题,对结果进行了分类归纳总结,分析了造成该现象的主要原因,并提出了相应解决措施。通过对比分析板式定制拆单与实木定制拆单的区别,对拆单软件在实木定制领域的发展进行了探讨,以期为实木定制拆单软件化提供参考。
WCC(Wood CAD/CAM)splitting software has been widely used in the customized furniture industry.Splitting section is an important node in the production and manufacturing process of customized furniture.In this paper,the application status of WCC splitting software in M customized furniture company was comprehended through the investigation,and the overall process of the splitting section was summarized.In the process of investigation,the production feedback problem within five months after the splitting software upgraded from IMOS to WCC was recorded,the results were classified and summarized,the main reasons for the phenomenon were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were also put forward.By comparing and analyzing the difference between panel customized furniture and solid wood customized furniture,the development of splitting software in the field of solid wood customization was discussed,which could provide some reference for the splitting software of solid wood customized furniture enterprises.
