摘要：长期以来无限制地开发利用,致使大量湿地资源遭到破坏。随着人们对湿地作用认知水平的提高,湿地资源越来越受到世界各国的重视,并积极采取措施加强湿地保护和恢复。文中介绍了美国、加拿大、日本等国家和国内湿地资源保护与生态建设对策,并从湿地立法与政策、湿地管理、湿地履约与国际合作、社区共管等方面进行了比较分析,为我国的湿地保护和生态建设提供参考和借鉴。
Much wetland resource has been destroyed for many years due to unlimited development and utilization. It is gradually known that wetland is one kind of important resources and should be protected. Many countries have paid attention to wetland resources, and taken active measures to protect and restore wetland system. This paper briefly introduces the protection and ecological management countermeasures of wetland resources at home and abroad. Comparison and analysis were carried out in wetland legislation and policy, wetland management, wetland implementation and international cooperation, community co-management, etc. So good experiences could be found to the protection and ecological management of wetland resources in China.
