摘要:采用细乳液两步法制备PSA(压敏胶)用松香衍生物包覆的核/壳型丙烯酸酯乳液。着重探讨了细乳液的聚合条件、氢化松香二甘醇酯(HR-DGE)掺量等对乳液及其PSA性能的影响。研究结果表明:PSA用乳液的最佳聚合条件是w(HR-DGE)=5%、w(APS)=0.8%(均相对于单体总质量而言)、保温时间为2~3 h和保温温度为85℃,此时单体转化率相对最高(〉95%);当w(HR-DGE)=4%时,PSA的初粘力和持粘力俱佳;随着HR-DGE掺量的增加,PSA用乳液对BOPP薄膜的润湿性增大、相对分子质量(Mr)下降、Mr分布变窄和玻璃化转变温度(Tg)呈先降后升态势,并且PSA的初粘力略有升高、持粘力明显下降。
The core/shell-acrylate emulsion coated by rosin derivatives for pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) was prepared by mini-emulsion two-step method. The influences of some factors[such as mini-emulsion polymerization conditions, and hydrogenated rosin diglycol ester(HR-DGE) contentslon the properties of emulsion and its PSA were emphatically discussed. The research results showed that the optimal polymerization conditions of emulsion for PSA were obtained, which monomer conversion (above 95% ) was relatively highest, when mass fractions of HR-DGE and APS were 5% and 0.8% respectively in total monomers, and heat preservation time and temperature were 2-3 h and 85 ℃ respectively. The PSA had the good initial tack and hold tack when mass fraction of HR-DGE was 4%. With increasing HR-DGE, the wettability of emulsion for PSA on BOPP film was increased, the relative molecular mass (Mr) was decreased, the distribution of Mr was narrow and the glass transition temperature (Tg) had the trend of fall-rise, and the initial tack of PSA was slightly rise but the hold tack was obviously decreased.
