摘要:为了研究工艺温度对杨木胶合板板坯的导热性能以及对热压传热过程的影响,为胶合板干燥、热压工艺节能提供理论依据,采用稳态法对不同温度水平下胶合板坯的导热系数进行了测定,并进行了三层胶合板热压传热试验。当板坯平均温度从60℃增加到120℃,板坯的导热系数增加了28.7%,两者呈显著的线性相关性。胶合板热压传热过程可以分为快速升温和慢速升温两个阶段,热压温度从105℃上升到125℃,在快速升温段板坯芯层到达胶粘剂固化温度的时间缩短了55%,板坯芯层慢速升温段升温速率增加了72%。
In order to investigate the effect of temperature on the thermal conductivity and heat transfer during hot pressing of plywood, the steady method was applied to measure the thermal conductivity of the resinated plywood assembly during the hot pressing at different temperature. Results showed that the thermal conductivity with the increase of temperature, increased significantly, and both had obvious linear correlation. Plywood hot pressing can be divided into fast heating and slow heating phases,during the two phases the heating rate of the core ply was quickened with the increase of hot-pressing temperature.
