摘要：科研院所积极组织文体活动是非常重要的,是文化建设的重要组成部分。文体活动可以在短时间内保障彼此之间形成良好的沟通、协作,在科研院所内部形成和谐融洽的人际关系,对于提升职工的综合能力、培养科研团队精神,以及提升职工的自豪感有着非常重要的作用。笔者以所在的中国林业科学研究院为例,探究文体活动开展的重要意义以及开展策略。
It is very important for scientific research institutes to organize cultural and sports activities actively,which is an important part of their cultural construction. Cultural and sports activities can ensure good communication and cooperation in a short period of time, and form a harmonious interpersonal relationship within the scientific research institutes, which plays a strong role in improving the comprehensive ability of the staff, cultivating the team spirit of scientific research, and promoting the staffs’ sense of pride. The author takes the Chinese Academy of Forestry as an example to explore the significance of the organization of cultural and sports activities and the strategies applied in the organization.
