摘要:基于世界投入产出数据库,使用增加值分解、行业位置测定、指标构建等方法,分析了中国林业产业的发展与变化。研究发现,木材加工业和造纸业的要素收入分别有1/4和1/3来自于外需,说明中国林业产业发展对外需的依赖程度仍然较高;中国林业产业同时向产出供应链的上游和投入需求链的下游移动,与最终需求和初始投入的综合距离较远,对其他产业有着重要的推动和拉动作用;中国林业产业出口中的本国增加值占比经历了先降后升的过程,在主要国家中位居前列,体现出较强的出口生产自主性;虽然占有较高的世界市场份额,但是中国林业产业的贸易竞争力还有较大的提升空间。
Based on World Input and Output Database, with value added decomposition, industry position measurement, index construction, this study analyzed the development and change of China's forest products industry. The findings are as follows, shares of factor income sourced from abroad of China's wood and paper industry are 1/4 and 1/3 respectively, and indicating China is still heavily dependent on external demand. China's forest products industry simultaneously moves upward along the output supply chain and downward along the input demand chain,which suggests it is relatively far away from final demand and primary input, in others words, it has important pushing and pulling effects for other industries. The domestic content of China's forest products exports experiences a U-shape turn, and ranks top among major economies, reflecting strong exports producing self-reliance. Although China maintains a large share in forest products international market, there is still large space for further trade competitiveness enhancement.
