摘要:【目的】探讨雷州半岛地区不同林龄尾细桉人工林植物多样性及土壤理化性质的变化特征及相关性,为尾细桉人工林科学种植和可持续经营提供理论基础。【方法】选取1~9年生9个林龄的尾细桉人工林为研究对象,设置50个标准样地调查林下植被,采集土壤样品并测定土壤理化性质,对植物多样性指数和土壤指标进行单因素分析和相关性分析。【结果】尾细桉人工林林下共出现植物种类30科59属63种,大青、白楸和银柴是灌木层最常见的树种,飞机草为草本层的优势种。除草本层Simpson指数外,不同林龄尾细桉林下物种丰富度和多样性指数均具有显著差异,物种丰富度随着林龄的增加呈先增加后减少的趋势;草本层的Simpson指数、Shannon指数和均匀度指数随着林龄的增加变化趋势基本一致,整体呈先降低后升高的趋势;灌木层的Simpson指数、Shannon指数和均匀度指数均随着林龄的增加出现明显的波动性,林龄大于4 a时都呈先升高再降低的趋势。不同林龄尾细桉人工林的土壤容重差异不显著(P>0.05),但对土壤养分含量影响均显著(P<0.05)。土壤理化性质与植物多样性具有一定的相关性,土壤容重、有机质、全磷含量与植物多样性的相关性最为密切。【结论】雷州半岛尾细桉人工林的植物多样性和土壤理化性质随林龄变化差异显著,土壤环境能显著影响植物多样性的变化,在生产经营中要做好整地、补充磷肥及抚育间伐等管理,保持良好的土壤性能,从而维持生态群落的稳定性,促进桉树人工林的可持续经营。
【Objective】To explore the change characteristics and correlation of species diversity and soil physical and chemical properties of E.urophylla×E.tereticornis plantations of different ages in Leizhou Peninsula,so as to provide a theoretical basis for scientific planting and sustainable management of E.urophylla×E.tereticornis plantation.【Method】E.urophylla×E.tereticornis plantations with 9 ages of 1-9 years were selected as the research objects,50 standard plots were set up to investigate understory vegetation,soil samples were collected to determine physical and chemical properties,and single factor analysis and correlation analysis were conducted for plant diversity index and soil index.【Result】There were 63 species in 59 genera,30 families under E.urophylla×E.tereticornis plantation.Clerodendrum cyrtophyllum Turcz.,Mallotus paniculatus(Lam.)Müll.Arg.and Aporosa dioica were the most common tree species in the shrub layer,and was the dominant species in the herb layer.In addition to the Simpson index of herb layer,the species richness and diversity index of E.urophylla×E.tereticornis at different ages were significantly different,and the species richness increased first and then decreased with the increase of the forest age.The Simpson index,the Shannon index and the evenness index of the herb layer had basically the same trend as the forest age increases,and the overall trend was to decrease first and then increase.The Simpson index,the Shannon index and the evenness index of shrub layer showed obvious fluctuation with the increase of forest ages.After four years of forest age,these diversity indexes all showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The soil bulk density of E.urophylla×E.tereticornis plantation at different ages had no significant difference(P>0.05),but had significant effect on soil nutrient content(P<0.05).The physical and chemical properties of soil had a certain correlation with plant diversity.Soil bulk density,organic matter,and total phosphorus content have the closest correlation with plant diversity.【Conclusion】The plant diversity and soil physical and chemical properties of E.urophylla×E.tereticornis plantation in Leizhou Peninsula vary significantly with the age of the forest,and the soil environment can significantly affect the change of plant diversity.In production and management,it is necessary to do a good job in soil preparation,supplement of phosphate fertilizer and tending and thinning to maintain good soil properties,so as to maintain the stability of ecological community and promote the sustainable development of Eucalyptus plantation.
