摘要：为了打击非法采伐及其相关贸易，推动森林可持续经营，世界主要发达国家纷纷实施了林产品绿色采购政策。文章阐述了林产品绿色采购政策出台的背景，分析了主要发达国家如英国、法国、荷兰、丹麦和日本实施林产品绿色采购政策的基本内容，综合评估了实施林产品绿色采购政策对供应商、加工企业、生态环境和林产品竞争力的影响。提出了中国实施林产品绿色采购的政策建议。
In some developed countries, green procurement policy （GGP） for forest products was initiated and implemented in order to combat illegal logging and related trade and promote sustainable forest management. In this paper, the background of GGP for forest products was presented, some contents of GGP for forest products were analyzed in developed countries such as UK, France, Netherlands, Denmark and Japan. Integrated impacts of GGP on the supplier, producer, eeo-environment, competition of forestry products were assessed. Finally, based on the experience of GGP in developed countries, some policy suggestions on formulation and implementation of GGP for forestry products was proposed in China.
