摘要:以聚乙二醇改性三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂为壁材、聚磷酸铵(APP)为芯材,通过原位聚合法成功制备了"三元一体"膨胀型阻燃微胶囊,重点研究了p H值、反应温度及反应时间对微胶囊产率、吸湿性、热稳定性和成炭性能的影响。结果表明,随着p H值的降低、反应温度的升高或反应时间的延长,预聚物分子缩聚速度加快,聚磷酸铵微胶囊(MCAPP)产率和壁材含量逐渐增加;随着p H值的降低或反应温度的升高,MCAPP壁材结构趋于疏松,吸湿增重率变大,而反应时间对吸湿性没有明显影响;300℃以内工艺条件对MCAPP分解率没有明显影响,400℃时MCAPP壁材含量越高,分解率较高,热稳定性较差;MCAPP的热解残重随时间的延长而逐渐增大,随着p H值的降低或温度的升高呈现先上升后下降的变化趋势。
Integrated intumescent fire retardant was prepared by in-situ polymerization with melamine- formaldehyde resin modified by polyethylene glycol as wall-material and microencapsulating ammonium polyphosphate (APP) as core material. The effects of pH value, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield, hygroscopicity, thermal stability and char formation of APP microcapsules (MCAPP) were investigated respectively. The results showed" that the yield and shell content of MCAPP increased with pH value drop, temperature rise or time extension due to the rapider condensation of prepolymers. The moisture absorption of MCAPP ascended with pH value drop or temperature rise for the decrease of compactness of the shell, while it displayed little variation following time extension. Although the operating parameters had no obvious effects on pyrolytic mass fraction of MCAPP when temperature below 300℃, MCAPP with higher shell content showed larger pyrolytic mass fraction and thus worse thermal stability at 400℃. The residual mass fraction gradually rose with time extension, while it increased first but then declined with pH value drop or temperature rise.
