摘要:桉木高得率浆废水可生化性差和处理困难,严重影响了这一优质速生材的高质化利用。分析桉木高得率浆废水的有机污染特征,解析桉木高得率浆废水中的微生物毒性物质,对蛋白质诱导的沉淀脱毒技术进行研究,初步阐释了其脱毒机理,并进行生物处理实验验证。结果表明,桉木废水产生量为9.03 m^(3)/t,COD污染发生量为181.81 kg/t;桉木废水中单宁物质含量达447.31 mg/L,桉木废水的GC-MS分析发现占比较大的具有微生物抑制作用的成分有2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、芥酸酰胺、3,4,5-三甲氧基苯酚等;蛋白质诱导沉淀最优加药量为牛血清蛋白0.2 g/L,处理后单宁含量降低91.77%,桉木废水的可生化性B/C从0.318上升到0.429,微生物抑制性物质相对含量降低;有氧呼吸实验表明,预处理后的桉木废水表现出更高的摄氧量;脱毒预处理后桉木废水的生物处理性能显著提高,平均COD去除率由56.89%提高到70.46%,更有利于后续处理。
Eucalyptus high yield pulp wastewater is difficult to treat and biodegrade,which seriously affect the high?quality utilization of eucalyptus,a fast?growing wood.The organic pollution characteristics of eucalyptus high yield pulp wastewater is analyzed,and microbial toxic substances in it are expounded.Protein induced sedimentation detoxification technologies are studied,the detoxification mechanism is preliminarily explained and verified through biological treatment experiment.Results show that the amount of wastewater generated by the high yield eucalyptus pulping process is 9.03 m^(3)per ton of pulp,and the generation amount of COD pollution is 181.81 kg per ton of pulp.The eucalyptus wastewater contains 447.31 mg·L^(-1)of tannins.GC?MS analysis reveals that the most significant components with microbial inhibition include 2,6?ditertbutyl?p?cresol,erucamide,3,4,5?trimethoxyphenol,etc.The optimal dosage for protein induced sedimentation is 0.2 g·L^(-1)of bovine serum albumin.Tannin content decreases by 91.77%and the biodegradability B/C of eucalyptus wastewater increases from 0.318 to 0.429 after treatment.Aerobic respiration experiment shows that eucalyptus wastewater after removing tannins exhibits higher oxygen uptake.Biological treatment performance of eucalyptus wastewater is significantly improved after detoxification pretreatment,the average COD removal rate increases from 56.89%to 70.46%,which is more conducive to subsequent treatment.
