摘要：从3个不同的历史阶段系统总结了新中国成立以来林业合作组织的发展历程，分析了目前林业合作组织的类型、作用及存在的问题，借鉴国外经验，就推动林业合作组织的发展，加强规范化管理提出了政策建议。
From three different history phases, the article summarizes the development progresses on forestry cooperation organizations in China since 1949, and analyses current types, functions and existent problems of these forestry cooperation organizations. Drawing on the experiences of other countries for reference, the authors bring forward suggestions of policy on forcing the development of forestry cooperation organizations and strengthening standardized management.
