摘要:对云南松人工林正常木和应压木的物理力学性质及其差异进行了分析。结果表明:云南松应压木基本密度、气干密度和全干密度分别比正常木大0.060 6g·cm-3、0.046 0g·cm-3和0.050 4g·cm-3,呈极显著差异;云南松应压木全干和气干顺纹干缩值分别比正常木干缩值大5.65和3.92倍,较易发生干燥缺陷。另外,除气干径向干缩率差异显著(p<0.05)外,应压木与正常木的其他各干缩率差异均显著(p<0.05),较正常木更容易发生翘曲变形和开裂;应压木和正常木的气干差异干缩差异显著(p<0.05),全干差异干缩差异不显著;正常木主要力学性质与密度均呈正相关关系,应压木的抗弯强度和抗弯弹性模量与气干密度紧密正相关,顺纹抗压强度和气干密度间无显著相关关系。
The physical and mechanical properties and their differences of normal wood and compression wood from Pinus yunnanensis plantations were analyzed. The results showed that, the general density, air-dried density, and absolute dry density of compression wood of P. yunnanensis were 0.060 6 g·cm-3, 0.046 g·cm-3, and 0.050 4 g·cm-3 respectively,more than normal wood, and very significantly different. The dry shrinkage value along the grain of absolute dry and air-dried compression wood were 5.65 and 3.92 times more than normal wood, and it was prone to drying detects. Moreover, besides the radial dry shrinkage rate of air-dried compression wood and normal wood reached significant difference(p〈0.05), other dry shrinkage rates also reached significant difference(p〈0.05), and it was prone to warping and cracking compared to normal wood. There were significant difference(p〈0.05)for air-dried dry shrinkage difference between compression wood and normal wood, but no difference for absolute dry wood dry shrinkage difference. There were positive correlation between normal wood main mechanical properties and density, and compression wood bending strength and elastic modulus and air-dried density were positively correlated, but compressive strength along the grain and air-dried density showed no significant correlation.
