摘要：充分开发利用林业的多种功能已成为中国林业的一项紧迫任务,研究和借鉴历史上已有的多功能林业思想有着重要意义。文中从历史角度对多功能林业思想进行了初步总结。结果表明,从先秦时期开始,人们就已经认识到森林具有多种功能,但直到明代尚没有形成系统的论述;清代俞森是比较早地系统论述林业具有多种效益的学者;1947年,郝景盛发表《森林万能论》,标志着中国多功能林业理论正式诞生;20世纪末出现的现代林业理论,在突出强调森林生态效益的同时,要求高效发挥森林的多重功能和价值;2010年,《中国多功能林业发展道路》著作出版,使该理论进一步完善。
The full development and utilization of multi-functions of forests have become an urgent task of China＇s forestry sector,and it is thus of great importance to research and learn the existing idea of multi-functional forestry in history.This paper summarized the idea of multi-functional forestry from the historical point of view.The results showed that： from pre-Qing period people started to recognize that forests have multiple functions,but not until Ming Dynasty was a systematic theory formed;Yu Sen,a scholar in Qing Dynasty,was the first one to systematically argue that forests provide multiple benefits;Hao Jingsheng published Forest Universal Theory in 1947,which marked the official birth of multi-functional forestry theory;modern forestry theory,emerging at the end of the 20th century,required to maximize forestry multiple functions and values,while highlighting forest ecological benefits;the book of Development Path of Multi-Functional Forestry in China published in 2010 further improved this theory.
