摘要:对杂交榛空中分段压条的生根特性进行了研究,旨在找出各种因素对其生根的影响,提高榛子的繁殖效率。以杂交榛当年生枝条为材料,通过田间正交实验,结果表明:IBA3种浓度对其生根指数的影响差异显著,以2 500mg/L生根效果最好;榛子品种对生根效果的影响差异显著,84-254生根效果好于82-11;6月、8月与7月压条在生根率、根长、根数方面的结果差异显著,生根效果7月份好于6月和8月,3种基质只有在生根指数方面有显著差异,草炭土与珍珠岩按一定比例(1:1)混合使用,能够显著提高压条生根效果;上、中、下不同枝段之间生根效果的差异显著,在生根率、根长、根数和生根指数方面都是上段>中段>下段。空中分段压条能够显著地提高榛子的繁殖系数,极大提高榛子的繁殖效率。
The rooting characteristics of air-sub-layering of C.heterophylla×C.avellana were studied to find out the impacting factors on rooting,and to improve the breeding efficiency of hazelnut.Taking the one-year-old branches of C.heterophylla×C.avellana as the materials,through the field orthogonal experimental studies,the results show that the three concentrations of IBA had significant impact on root index,2 500 mg / L was the optimized rooting effect.The hazelnut species(cultivars)had effect on rooting with obvious differences,84-254 was better than 82-11 on rooting significantly.The differences of rooting were significant in July,June and August.June was the best in rooting.The three matrix had significantly differences about rooting indices only,peat soil and perlite mixed by a certain percentage(1:1) could increase root layering effect significantly.The upper,middle and lower segments had differences in rooting effect.The order of rooting rate,root length,root number and rooting index from big to small was:upper segment middle segment lower segment.Air-sub-layering propagation could improve the breeding coefficient of hazelnut significantly and the efficiency of hazelnut breeding greatly.
