摘要:通过测定3个花椒品种(大红袍(Zanthoxylum bungeanum cv.‘Dahongpao’)、九叶青(Zanthoxylum armatum varnovemfolius)、竹叶花椒变种(Zanthoxylum armatum var.armatum))的种子性状以及幼苗生长指标,比较不同品种花椒种子间的差异,分析种子性状与幼苗生长特性的关系,筛选适宜的花椒品种作种子芽菜。结果表明:(1)大红袍、九叶青花椒以及竹叶花椒变种的种子质量分别为20.03、21.74和19.47 mg/粒;大红袍种子横径、纵径最大,半球形种子数量最少。(2)在采用食用碱(Na_(2)CO_(3))去油皮后4℃层积60 d条件下,九叶青花椒的种子发芽率、发芽指数最高,分别为47.25%和2.46;相同发芽条件下大红袍花椒幼苗的地径、根长及鲜质量均最大。(3)种子质量与发芽率呈极显著正相关(p<0.01),与苗高呈显著正相关(p<0.05);种子横径和纵径均与幼苗地径呈显著正相关(p<0.05),与苗高和鲜质量呈极显著正相关(p<0.01);种子形状占比和质量占比均与幼苗地径、根长及鲜质量呈极显著负相关(p<0.01);可见,选择质量较大且发芽率较高的花椒种子有利于培育鲜质量更高的种子芽菜。综合以上研究,初步认为3个花椒品种中,九叶青花椒更适合作为培育种子芽菜的品种。
By determiningthe seed traits and seedling growth indicatorsof three Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim varieties ( Z. bungeanum ‘Dahongpao’, Z. armatum var. novemfolius and Z. armatum var. armatum ), to compare the differences between different varieties of Z. bungeanum seeds, and analyze the relationship between seed traits and seedling growth characteristics. The experiment was conducted to provide scientific basis for selecting Z. bungeanum varieties as seed sprouts. Results showed that: (1)the seed weights were respectively 20.03 mg, 21.74 mg and 19.47 mg for Z. bungeanum ‘Dahongpao’, Z. armatum var. novemfolius and Z. armatum var. armatum;moreover, Z. bungeanum ‘Dahongpao’ seeds had the largest transverse and longitudinal diameters, and the smallest amount of hemispherical seeds number. (2) Prior to all germination test, Na_(2)CO_(3) was used to remove the oily seed skins, followed by stratification under 4 ℃ for 60 d. Z. armatum var. novemfolius had the highest germination rate and germination index, which were 47.3% and 2.46, respectively. The seedlings of Z. bungeanum ‘Dahongpao’ had the largest ground diameter, root length and fresh weight. (3)Seeds weight was positively correlated with germination rate ( p <0.01), and positively correlated with seedling height ( p <0.05);both the transverse and longitudinal diameter of seeds were positively correlated with the seedling ground diameter ( p < 0.05 ), and were positively correlated with the seedling height and fresh weight ( p <0.01);the proportion of seed shape and quality were negatively correlated with seedling ground diameter, root length and fresh weight ( p <0.01). Therefore, choosing Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim seeds with larger seeds weight and higher germination rate is beneficial for cultivating seed sprouts with higher fresh weight value. Z. armatum var. novemfoliusis more suitable as a variety for cultivating seed sprouts.
